I built this course because I could not find it. I am AuDHD, a psychosexual and relationship therapist, and I have spent years creating shame-free sex education for people who felt like the mainstream version was never made for them. This course is the most personal and most necessary thing I have made and I really hope it give you your 'a-ha' moment.

No. But this is a great intro to understanding how you or your loved one's brain works when it comes to intimacy, sex and relationships. A great first step if therapy isn't affordable for you right now.
Unmasked Intimacy is a self-paced online sex education course created specifically for neurodivergent adults. It covers desire, sensory intimacy, communication, consent, dating and self-regulation through a shame-free, evidence-informed lens. The course includes 7 core modules, 21 lessons, downloadable worksheets, quizzes and a certificate of completion.
Fair question, and we put it in quotes for a reason. Functioning labels aren’t very helpful. They try to squash a whole person into one word, and they don’t tell you much about someone’s actual life.
Someone described as “high functioning” might look like they’re coping from the outside while struggling a lot behind the scenes, and their needs often get brushed off.
Someone described as “low functioning” often gets their strengths, preferences and right to make their own choices overlooked. Lots of neurodivergent people find the labels frustrating or hurtful, and we get why.
We’ve used the phrase because it’s still the term many people search for and recognise. What we actually mean is that this course is designed for neurodivergent adults who can:
Probably not, and that’s down to the course, not you. Autistic people with higher support needs have every right to pleasure, relationships, good sex education and a sex life that feels good to them. This course just wasn’t built with those needs in mind. For example, it relies a lot on spoken and written language, it moves at a set pace, and it assumes you’re working through it independently. That could make it overwhelming, inaccessible or simply not that useful.
You deserve something that actually fits you, like resources made specifically for people with higher support needs, or sessions with a sex educator or therapist who can adapt to how you communicate and learn. If you’re a parent, carer or support worker looking for resources for someone you support, get in touch and we’ll do our best to point you in a good direction.
The course is a one-time payment of £69.99 with lifetime access included, so you can revisit the material anytime. There's no subscription or recurring fee. One therapy session is typically £60-90 so this is a more affordable option if therapy is not in the budget right now. That being said this is NOT therapy but its a great place to start.
