Where can I find free mental health support in the UK?

There are a number of organisations offering free or low-cost mental health support in the UK, including helplines, listening services and specialist organisations. There are LGBTQ+ organisations across the UK offering advice, community support, mental health services, sexual health information and specialist support for different LGBTQ+ experiences.
