I hold a Master’s in Public Health from New York Medical College and am a Certified Sexuality Educator trained through Everyone Deserves Sex Ed.

My work is rooted in comprehensive, inclusive sexuality education. I specialize in supporting people who are chronically left out of traditional sex ed, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, neurodivergent communities, and other underserved populations. I provide education and coaching grounded in trauma-informed care, accessibility, cultural competency, and real-life skill building.

I’m the founder of Ariel Explains It All, where I design and facilitate sexuality education that centers autonomy, consent, relationships, and self-advocacy.

My focus on disability-inclusive sex education began while working as a facilitator on the NIH-funded STEPS2 Study, where I supported young people with disabilities in strengthening health knowledge, communication, and decision-making skills.
