About Nikki

I’m a multidisciplinary sex and relationship therapist based in Brighton, offering sessions both in person and online. My practice is judgment-free and pleasure-positive, a space where you get to explore what sexuality, intimacy, and relationships look and feel like for you, without shame or agenda.

Drawing on a wide range of therapeutic approaches, I tailor my work to what best supports each individual. There is no single right way to be a sexual being, and I hold that truth at the centre of everything I do. Whether you’re navigating something specific or simply curious about yourself, you’re welcome here.

My work is always client-led, meaning you shape the pace and the process. Alongside my academic and clinical training, creativity and joy are genuine pillars of how I work, because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy. It can feel expansive, even exciting.

If you’re ready to explore, I’d be absolutely delighted to support you on that journey.
